A person whom uses their self diagnosis of being a sociopath to excuse bad behavior.

Fauxiopath: "Y'know im a sociopath that's why I cheat alot and steal stuff."

Those who spend hours on Facebook, and simply are obsessed with others status updates and photos. They have to either like every single status or leave a comment.
On ocassions when they're not on facebook and are with friends, they still talk about other people's facebook statuses.

She's such a faciopath I had to block her.
