Pseudo Germanic word meaning a manicured wife without job who projects err of superiority totally depending on rich husband to support her "high lifestyle". This woman usually has limited or no domestic skills except for ability to haul kids around and perform sex on the husband, which becomes less frequent as time goes on and as her power grows.

Bob was nearly ran off the road by a whorenchauffer in her large SUV as she was talking on her cell phone.
