Tweetorial

A tutorial made by stringing together a series of tweets. A tweetorial is therefore a long or extended tweet, and is used only on Twitter. As with tweets, one can add hashtags, links, polls and short videos to tweetorials.

Twitter has a 280 character word limit, but if you want to teach others and need to say more than the word limit allows, you can get around it by composing a tweetorial.

the combination of a tweet (twitter.com) and a ravioli. a tweetioli is a tweet filled with crap.

example of a regular tweet:
"getting ready to watch Lost on ABC"

example of a tweetioli:
"my boyfriend is sooo rude, he thinks i have a big ass. i need ice cream. david hasselhoff is hot."

Worthy of typing into your phone on the subway and posting on Twitter.

Me - "Someone just randomly texted me to say they are home from Croatia."

Someone else - "That sounds tweetworthy to me"

Tweetzophrenic

(noun) A person who tweets about unreal experiences in order to relate to the lives of their followers or to gain attention. A Tweetzophrenic will make up scenarios and tweet about nonexistent people they "hate" or "love." By doing so, their followers will think the tweeter has a life or they might actually relate to the tweet and retweet it.

A Tweetzophrenic would tweet the following:

"Why do you always do this to me? #issues"

"I like you so much, I just wish you would notice me. #invisiblegirlproblems"

"I think about you all the time."

"I hate you so much #goaway"

However, these tweets are not directed towards a particular person. They were made up to draw attention and to be relatable.

tweetorrhea

Tweetorrhea is a communication disorder, expressed by excessive typing of tweets regardless of the meaning and the value of the message. Tweetorrhea is a newly discovered illness and their causes remain poorly understood, however some theories emerged about their connection with low self-esteem and inability to build real life relationships.

John is suffering from tweetorrhea, harasses me five tweets per minute, my phone still buzzing.

2: To annoy followers with your twitter updates.

Annoyed twitter user: "OMG! Stop having a tweetfest and get a life!"

Obsessed twitter fan: "Fine! Freakin' idiot!"
