Tadoot-dadoo

A hollow cylinder with two open ends, through which one could mimic the sound of a trumpet by stating "tadoot-dadoo" into it.

It's also an onomatopeaia for the sound of a trumpet.

Your basic paper towel tube is a popular tadoot-dadoo. Even better is one of those tubes they use to deliver posters in. The best of all is a tube for a roll of carpet.
