In public bathrooms, the act of remaining in a bathroom stall after having completed one's business, in order to maintain anonymity (whether by avoiding someone who has entered later, or finished sooner), or the state of being delayed under such circumstances. Sorry I'm late. I got stall stalled in the men's room on 34 by a couple of accounting assholes talking to each other at the urinals. The last thing I needed was to be asked how my day is going by some idiot with his dick in his hands.

I was in the corner stall trying to drop a deuce when Meyers from accounting walked in. I tried to stall stall but I couldn't hold it.

When you realize that you and your neighbor have
finished using the bathroom at the same time so you delay exiting the stall a few seconds to avoid
any uncomfortable eye contact or "excuse me"s while leaving the stall.

the sink, where all normal social etiquettes are re-activated.

Stall-Walker

An individual that doesn’t wash his or her hands after using the restroom. A person, who takes a leak or a dump, then walks out of the restroom without washing their nasty hands with soap. This type of individual sometimes won’t even make a mirror stop.

Stall-Walker’s are best observed in public restrooms; most notable places are at work, airports, restaurants, malls, and sporting events.
Dad: What’s the matter son?
Son: When I went to the restroom that cook was taking a dump, when he finished, he walked right out of the restroom and straight to the grill.
Dad: That nasty Stall-Walker! Let’s tell the manager.
