A half assed attempt at making machines communicate with one another for the purpose of getting work done; mixed with a brilliant scheme of seperating non computer people from hordes of their hard earned cash.

It is said if your machines barely run, and you have to call the IT guy at least once a week for some random problem, but run well enough that your company can make money to pay the IT guy that you are on a: (boom boom boom) "Skynetwork".
