Scronkers

Scronkers is a game similar to the classic game conkers, in conkers you swing as the name suggests conkers at each other. The way that scronkers is different to this is instead scrotums are used. To win you must either last until your opponent forfeits or until their balls literally break. In some variations of the game if you are to lose you fall prey to the winner and have to give a blow job, get tea bagged or anything they see fit.

Within the rules of scronkers it is specified that:

A. Hands must be behind you head
B. You can only use your scrotum
C. No help from the audience if there is one
D. No clothing is to be worn

E. No halting a match

It isn't specified that any modifications, conditions or sizes are banned, meaning that you could even tie a chainsaw between your legs and not be disqualified.

Tournaments function as they usually would, 1v1 scrotum swinging until one loses. In a tournament if winners benefits are in play all contestants must accomplish their assigned task.
