Nogan

An Australian slang term that means ‘skull’ or head’. Usually used by adults who are asking kids if their head is okay after they injure themselves.

*Little girl hits head on corner of a door*
Aunty: ‘Oh sweetie! Did you hit your nogan?’
*Little girl nods*
Mum: ‘Here, put an ice pack on your nogan and it will feel better.’
