A term used for the action of someone grabbing your legs and clinging on them. Used when they are taken by surprise. Usually done in a friendly matter.

Stranger 1: "Yeah, she tota-"
Stranger 2: *Grabs Stranger 1's legs*
Stranger 1: "AAH! STOP KATING ME!"

The KiiNGCHiiLD is also related to this topic, and is essentially is the same, except close friends or relatives prefer to use this term.
