DoogiePC is an internet slang term meaning a obese pathetic cuck.

“DoogiePC” is the combination of “Doogie” in this context being a slang-term for fat or obese and “PC”, an acronym used in this context to mean “Pathetic Cuck”.

The phrase is most commonly used in heavily moderated or restricted Discord or forum groups in order to evade censorship with a seemingly innocent or meaningless phrase.
