The occasional customer that doesn’t pay attention to the information they are given to allow for a simple and easy transaction. Instead, they hear only what is convenient for them and fly off the handle when things don’t go exactly how they intended.

“This cuntstomer is lighting up my phone and complaining that her furniture set isn’t in stock when I told her it would be a week and a half.”

“If this cuntstomer that adds 5 shots of espresso to her Frappuccino keeps bitching about it being too soupy, I’ll quit!”
