Char Complex

A complex in which one is irresistably cute and everything they do makes you smile. This complex has an affect on others, especially of the oposite sex, to make them want to be with the person whom is affected by this complex as much as possible. Those with the 'Char Complex' are usually known to be beautiful, hilarious, sweet, and quarky, with the formermost of course being in a good way.

i.e. I met this girl who has a total Char Complex and I can't stop thinking about her. I think I'll travel the world with her.
