Borinteresting

When the subject matter of a conversation is extremely interesting but is being described in a way that is boring usually due to a lack of charisma.

Can also be used the other way around when the subject of conversation is boring yet there is a load of excitement and personality which helps you stay engaged.

"I was really looking forward to this lecture on alien spaceships"

"Me too but professor Walters monotone droning is making it incredibly borinteresting"

Answering a question not asked of you, answering a question with excessive detail, proving a highly technical answer to a casual question

Tom "Hey Matt, what time is it?"
Steve "It is 8:43"
