Borinteresting 

When the subject matter of a conversation is extremely interesting but is being described in a way that is boring usually due to a lack of charisma.

Can also be used the other way around when the subject of conversation is boring yet there is a load of excitement and personality which helps you stay engaged.

"I was really looking forward to this lecture on alien spaceships"

"Me too but professor Walters monotone droning is making it incredibly borinteresting"

If something is boring but being spoken about in a way that is interesting or vice versa

Cash in the Attic is so borinteresting. Will they make money? Won't they? Who cares?

Binteresting 

A term that can be subtly used to express indifference when a person shares a piece of information with absolutely zero value or interest to anyone, under any circumstance.

Tiffany: "It's very cloudy today"

Scott: "Oh that's binteresting Tiffany"

Binteresting 

Something that is simultaneously boring as well as interesting, typically because the ideas are interesting but the delivery is boring. Academic books and museums are usually binteresting.

I'm so sick of reading these binteresting books - can't they write better already?
