SP = Small Peen

Can be used for either gender.

Typically used in the midwest of the US its a very simple inside joke that you can use to confuse your friends who are on the outside of the joke.

Ex. (Victim, Caroline) "Wow I cant believe Caroline didn't punch that guy." "right tho?? what a SPC"

Stomach Pump. SP

1. SP is short for Stomach Pump. Its performed in poisoning situations, and/or to remove blood from the stomath.

1. I had a SP after I took that tunug medicine.

LP - Long Play, a normal album.
EP - Extended Play, a short album that usually has about 3 - 6 songs.
SP - Single Play, a CD, tape, record, etc. that has only one song, (a single) on it. In some rare cases, it can have 2 or even 3 songs on an SP.

I got that CD, (insert title) by (insert band name) yesterday. It's just an SP.
