All surban locations share the following common elements: proximity to transportation, walkability to entertainment and recreation.

An increasing number of millennials and baby boomers love the urban lifestyle, close to entertainment, restaurants and transportation, but can typically only afford housing in the suburbs, in response new developments are being established in surban locations throughout the U.S.

I love my new house in the surban area of Phoenix, located outside of the city but within our vibrant and walkable community that offers restaurants, transportation, entertainment, education, employment and recreation.

1. The act of adding subtitles to a foreign film. Primarily refers to the subtitling of anime that is (usually) unlicensed in places other than Japan.

2. Act of replacing an indisposed teacher for an impermanent amount of time.

3. The act of being on the bottom in a sexual act, usually BDSM.

It is when you're on a Google hangouts chat and you and your friend are texting at the same time and decide to throw some shade or some jokes in the google hangouts chat from your text convo to subtly confuse everyone/get at someone and get a good laugh.

"Hey Katie, did you see my subhangout, it was savagery at its finest. ;)"
