Sheesha hoger.

A person who you bring to a sheesha/hookah bar too with to share a sheesha. Sheesha hogers will not let you have any because they are too busy smoking all of it themselves.

Abdul is such a shooger, i smoke more when sharing with three people than i ever will with him.
