A meaningless word used by incels who want to feel superior to guys who get female attention. One of the many forms of cope enacted by incels.
It's supposed to refer to men who try way too hard to get female attention, usually by blowing tons of money on gifts they don't want and putting down themselves and other men, but has of course been reduced to a war cry shouted by dipshits who can't stand seeing normal people having relationships with the opposite sex.
