pimpin the hotspot

A slang phrase used to define the development of a hotspot link in an open source tool that you do not have a plug in for, so you take (or pimp) it from some other source. It is basically the act of cutting and pasting a functionality. This functionality was specific to the creating a website hotspot.

"I don't have the ability to create a hotspot"...."well then... just start pimpin the hotspot from the other webpage"
