He is most famous for a video which encompasses an announcement for a 9.0 earthquake warning for california and surrounding states for september, 2010. Flank99 also seems to think that he is reporting live from his hometown of Whitney Peir. He appears to be slightly mentally challenged, but shows true concern for his followers. At this time, his earthquake video has garnered almost 600,000 views so far in only 8 days.
