Peashooter Moment

A situation or scenario that starts out really good, but gets progressively worse as time goes on, just like a peashooter in the game "Plants vs Zombies". The peashooter is extremely useful as an early-game plant, but becomes dull and unusable as you progress and obtain stronger plants.

A: "Man this week started out so good, but now it's really shit."
B: "This is such a peashooter moment."

The wonders of peasantvision have let Americans enjoy stimulating and life changing events like the birth of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby, the plight of OJ Simpson and the neverending sexual high-jinks of Paris Hilton.
