A man who rapes or beats his nephews and nieces or other children, or treats children like dirt. Originally a character from the book Once Were Warriors by Alan Duff, which was also made into a movie.

A man who asked 5 boys in his care to call him "Uncle Bully" was recently arrested for assault.

You're no better than Uncle Bully, I should cut your dick off!

Cyber Bullying

When one person over-crowds my fucking news feed because he syncs all of his social networks with his Facebook. The only way to elude this is to de-friend, block, or force the person to go outside and play.

Ryan, stop cyber bullying me. Go outside. I'm sure it is a nice day. :P

bullys

Bullys are one of two people: 1. The often unintelligent bully who picks on people, but they really arn't bad. they are usually ok guys but arn't that smart and easily manipulated. 2. Then you have the rare intelligent bully. Hes the crazy one. He is usually the one telling the unintelligent bully what do to. These guys are often sadistic and a socialpath. If only the unintelligent bullys would think for a minute (i know its hard, just try!) then they can relize that what there doing is bad, they could turn around and beat the living shit outta the smart sadistc ones, and protect the smaller, weaker kids.

cry-bully

A person who claims to be and even believes they are a victim, while actually being the bully. Someone who uses their feelings over facts and common sense and engages in identity politics when talking about varying social issues. They also tend to be pseudo-intellectuals that have a strong sense of victimhood.

The term was first coined by Julie Burchill in an April 2015 article at The Spectator.

The cry-bully demanded a safe space on campus to hide from Halloween costumes that may offend their fragile ego.

1. A rude and threatening panhandler that begs for money, but at the same time demands it.
2. A drug addict or crack head that is still in good health and begs for money with the threat of violence.
3. Commonly found on college campus's in the United States, bully bums run in packs and take money from freshman students and weaklings.
