While pregnant Kim Kardashian had bad swollen feet... And still wore her strap gladiator sandals and high pumps. Consequently her feet showed deep marks : she's having a Kim.

Halfing Moment

A halfing moment refers to an incredibly failed attempt trying to be funny, humorous, comical or amusing in any type of way. It's usually executed by a person desperate for acceptance and approval of their unexisting personality, of which they hopelessly can't get change.

That was not funny at all, such a halfing moment.
