Paralies

A period of 15 days on loop is a paralies.

This word got famous after a Kashmiri politician - Waheed Para called for a magistrial enquiry into a murder and promised to serve justice within 15 days but that enquiry was never completed.

The murderer was never punished, government just served the people with paralies.
