Failure on a Sub-Epic level and/or repeated minor failures.

Joshua Tracy Atwood is refereed to as Medium Fail for repeatedly giving mostly correct answers to his peers failing to provide the correct answer to the pivotal part of the question.

Lethal Fail

An intense form of the term, epic fail*. Refers to an action that typically results in fatal consequences.

*Epic Fail: A mistake of such monumental proportions that it requires its own term in order to sucessfully point out the unfathomable shortcomings of an individual or group.

1)A fail of such epic proportion it has yet to be achieved by man,it is the highest fail in existence and scientist say we may obtain the supra fail in the near future.

2)The GOD Fail.

George W Bush came the closest to Supra Fail with his astounding Super Fail.

When Jeffrey Ross wears his Fidora with a suit it is a Fidora Fail.
