(The book was originally written in the seventies and probably uses words in a not really wide-spread understanding.)

Something or someone with the qualities of a "geezer", or is cool, but without sounding teenage by using the word "cool". This word would not be associated with something feminine or something for children, more things for men, or, geezers.
