Corinth Classical Academy

The worst school i've been too. They say that they try to 'help' kids with mental illnesses but infact they do nothing. The counselors do the bare minimum or less, and most of the time the teachers don't understand. One of them is quite literally ableist. The school is very LGBTQ+ phobic even tho its full of gay kids. I can't wait to live this hellhole.

Corinth Classical Academy is the worst school i've ever been to.

Greg Lewis Classic

Also known as the “G Lew Classic” or the “Greg Lewis Special”, this is a challenging gym maneuver that adds to any leg day.

This is where one takes a dumbbell in each hand and does a full lap around the gym doing full lunges. It is great at working the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. Perfect to end your workout with.

Kyle: “Do you have the 25lbs dumbbells?”
Jonny: “Why, what do you need them for?”
Joel: “He probably wants to hit the Greg Lewis Classic around the gym”
