(adj) In modern times Starter is used to describe someone who talks a lot of shit, but says very little. Much like the ramblings and lies found in the Bible, a starter is someone who "starts" rumors, and creates problems for everyone around him. To be called Starter has very negative connotations.

Jeff says "I saw on CNN that when the moon eclipses the sun in the state east of California, Shadowman will strikeout all of the western world."

Strathroy

A small town located in Middlesex county, Ontario, Canada. Population of about 12,000 or so. Often referred to as "Strathvegas" because of its striking dis-similarity to Las Vegas.

Strathroy has two high schools located in the same complex, Strathroy District Collegiate Institute and Holly Cross Catholic Secondary School. Strathroy is also home to a plethora of fast food joints such as Burger King, McDonalds, Pizza Delight, Crabby Joes, and Tim Hortons.

Those wishing to visit Strathroy will find it roughly 30 minutes west of London, Ontario, just off of highway 402.
