Power Flipping

To take narcotic pain killers (Vicodin, Percocet, Oxycontin) and MDMA (Ecstasy) together. It must be noted that a true power flipper will consume the opiates first then the MDMA after. Using the opiates for the MDMA come-down is NOT power flipping.
