A popular, well known person in a local community. These rock-stars are the 'It' people around town, everyone knows their face and their business. Most are noticed for their style, outgoing personalities and ability to outshine anyone in a crowd.

Used to describe someone who is 'local famous.' They get this stature by doing something, someone(s) or by their antics when out in public.

n. Trucker-speak for a local city cop. Same as a city kitty. See bear, smokey bear, bear report, county mounty, evel knievel.

I saw five local yokels today, behind on their quotas and watching me like a hawk.

Pretty soon, local yokels will be able to pull people over for not wearing a seat belt, instead of citing you for it after pulling you over for something else.

State Beach Locals

A.k.a State beach losers. The original ones are okay but the new generation of "dirt squirrels" is embarresing. Do nothing with their lives and contribute absolutely nothing to anything. They sit and smoke in a parking lot all day. Posers to be poor. Fuck younger biddys because any normal mature girl knows to stay clear. Some of them might have the talent to surf and skate. But the chance of making it anywhere in the real world is slim. Their vocabulary consists of straight, trog, grohm, mark, mob, nug, and E-uuuuuu. Dont waste your time on these PILES.
