A syndrome, usually diagnosed in single people who are subscribed to any online dating service, characterized by a persistent pattern of impulsiveness, a short attention span, and often hyperactivity, and interfering especially with ever maintaining a long and lasting relationship.

A person or animal who won't leave you alone and comes up to you when you are trying to work

Savannah Flowers, Sara's parents' dog, is such an attention whore. No matter where you go, she follows you. Whenever you're eating your lunch, tending her owners' garden, or feeding the hens grass, she will always bug you. She won't even protect the chickens which she loves so much.

Overweight Female Attention

aka: OFA. Plutonic attentions given by an overwight female to a otherwise available male; generally done in an attempt to atttract attention, though not necessarily sexual, or to control the male. Often accompanied by touching such as hugging or holding hands. Never beneficial in any way for the male as the female is merely trying to help herself and, as this is a means of female control, and the overwight female will never say anything about the male beyond how whipped he is.

Jack was going to leave the party to hang out but some overweight female attention kept him there past his curfew.

All the OFA Bob let himself get kept him from getting laid, ever.
