The Waiting Game

The point where a guy/girl hopelessly waits for the one person that would want to be in a relationship. There's no point of flirting, you just do nothing. It's like a fisherman with the pole in the water, with no hook or bait. This mostly happens to nice guys who girls want so badly, yet sticks around with the jerks. Or even the shyguy who doesn't even try. Also, the game can be triggered by entering the friend zone.

Waitron

This word is derived from the word "waiter" or "waitress", and put together with the suffix "-tron".

Etymology of "-tron": Greek, suffix denoting an instrument; akin to Old English.

It is a dehumanizing term often used to refer to a waiter/waitress.

Dick goes into a restaurant and places a stack of one dollar bills on the table. Dick tells the waitron that this is his tip. If the waitron does bad, a dollar will be taken away. Good, a dollar put back. As his server slowly dissatisfies him, he removes the money from the tip pile. Waitron is saddened.

Almost anything pertaining to Tom Waits is Waitsian.

1. Any music he has made, or been involved in.

2. His style in art, clothing, and conversation.

3. His very singular voice.

4. Any memorabilia, like autographs.

And so on.
