trap suit 

A one-piece zip-up (mechanic uniform), usually Dickies brand worn in the traps on the Westside of Atlanta and SWATs(SouthWest ATlanta). Used because of the different stash pockets that can conceal dope or straps. Also known as Coveralls.

monkey suit

A uniform.

Purpose: to create an atmosphere of "uniformity", or, compliance, if you will. E.g. Scrubs: pink = nurses. navy blue = techs (nurses aides, etc), teal green (OMG, surgeons), purple (I, don't know...maybe housekeeping/custodians), let's see, then there is the cafeteria staff.......A monkey suit is a uinform that one wears to work every day. The military does it, sanitary engineers do it...I could go on. Benefit: Does save money on duds.

Suits that Jewish people used to sell to black people. Known because they are flashy which caused black people to look uneducated and dumb for buying.
