History -

But she problay tricks them into giving her emeralds which HASNT worked so far. Anyway, rouge has permission to rob banks, and commit crimes because the government will cover up for her.. or just blow her up. Also her outfit has SLUT all over it in SA2 but in Sonic Heroes a lil better but SLUTTY !
