A short, annoying little person who is a total farm hick and doesn't like being called by this name.
Normally used to annoy said person.

Person 1: Hey, who's that?
Person 2: Oh that's (Raises voice DRAMATICALLY HIGH so person being talked about can hear) MUNCHIE-CAN!!!!
Said Munchie-Can: GOODDD DAMN IT!!!!! *Stomps over and hits you in the boob.*
