The act of moving around or being moved around while in a confined space.

Originally used by my father in 1985 to describe how I would bounce around in the car.
Since used to describe swimmers on a bus. My son while in bed.

My son is bouncing around like a fart in a mitten.
Why can you not sit still, you are moving around like a fart in a mitten!
