Technically defined as elder younger sister. But since that doesn't make much sense. It's best described as a crazy person with the ability to quickly create strong relations with random people and has strong maternal instincts at an early age. Also an epitome of indecisiveness and strangeness. ALSO. Usually the black person in the group.
