bugly is short for bump-ugly and is an adjective meaning when you are bumped and a part of your body feels/looks ugly. the suffex means is rexic and (as in anorexic) means that you think it.

1. I felt bugly after the girl beat me up.
2. The insecure girl is buglyrexic and has briuses all over her body.
