Scrumpa-Lumpalis

The word Scrumpa-Lumpalis was created in 1999 by Kenney Deome. Kenney needed a new word to describe his frustration, and so "Scrumpa-Lumpalis" was born into this world.

1) Absurd, or ridiculous.
2) Doesnt make sense.
