6th grader

Now, I'm a 6th grader(one of the mature ones, not the crazy ones)but let me fill you in on the inside. On one side, you've got kids who make sex jokes and act like a midget Mr Macho, and on the other, you got clown looking girls who act like they actually pay bills. Most of these kids are spoiled and have tons of social media apps, but at least I don't talk about fricking someone's mom. Like grow up, man. I just want to be in 7th grade now. 6th grade is so fricking annoying.

grade-whore

A person whose life is extremely oriented around grades and who would therefore do anything to get good grades. Someone who cares excessively about grades and therefore does not have a social life. Also known as a grade-grubber. In some cases, a teacher's ideal student. Usually a social outcast/misfit.

"Anu told me that she would even run around the school in a bathing suit on a winter's day for extra credit. Grade-whore!"

"Ugh, I know my teacher marked me wrong on this question. I'm going to go argue for my 1 point."
"Why? You got a 97% on that test, don't be such a grade-whore."

"He couldn't make the party because he was too busy studying for his Calculus test. Grade-whore."

Derived from the practice of making it rain. Occurs when a student tears up an assignment or test that he or she has done particularly well on and then throws the remnants around the classroom in a celebratory fashion.

Man, as soon as I saw that 98% on my Math final, I had to make it grade right then and there.

A form of scale in schools, Basically just something that goes on a report card that says your grounded.

Guy 1: so what's your total grade?

Guy 2: An A.

Guy 1: Really? After you flunked that history test?

6th grader

A student, usually 11-12 years old and in the bottom grade of middle school. 95% of sixth graders are immature brats that think they're cool because they are finally in middle school. Girls will all be teenyboppers, talking about boys too much and saying "oh my god" every other sentence. Guys will be typical 11-12 year old males. Most 7th-8th graders dislike 6th graders by nature, so don't take it personally. It will just get you in a lot of trouble.

6th grader: OH MY GOD SOOOO LIKE I TALKED TO LIKE BILLY YESTERDAY AND HE SAID MY LIKE HAIR WAS LIKE SOOO PRETTY AND LIKE OH MY GOD MIDDLE SCHOOL IS LIKE SO COOL I LOVE MIDDLE SCHOOL BILLY IS SOOOOOO CUUUUUTTTTTEEEEEE!

grade 8s

in highschools grade 8-12, 8s being the youngest, these pre teens tend to act cocky and loud. they hang out in large numbers to look "cool" but only crowd hallways and make them unpassable, and think of themselves THE BEST (reasons why will vary) they also tend to find every act, stupid or not, "awesome" Laugh everytime the word sex, or words relating to, funny and know nothing of it other than from what they hear from porn. tend to be, in general, the least respected people

guy1: damn grade 8s.. always blocking the hallways..
guy2: i know eh.. jus 'cuz they were the oldest people in their old school(s) they act all cocky now
guy1: dont worry, once they hit grade 9, they'll know how they were, and will eventually lose all respect for them as we did.
guy2: amen to that.
