Decoto is in hayward, it is also right next to Newark and Freemont. Decoto is a territory marked by nortenos, their is a McDonalds in Decoto where blacks get jumped by nortenos so if you are black i dont recomend going there. Decoto became famouse because of the rappers that come from there, such as speedy loc and many other great Norteno rappers.
