To drink an alcoholic beverage while is still in the brown bag supplied by the seller. Reasons to do this include, but are not limited to: discreet drinking, hiding of girly drinks to avoid embarrassment, to get more drunk than would be socially suggested (by hiding harder liquor), and to promote humor value of drinking. Can also suggest bringing alcohol to a party as to have an alternative to undesirable beer.

baggy pants

Baggy Pants is a fad in the wigger community where they were cloths a couple of sizes bigger. This actually started in the early 1980's by african-american shoplifters to allow more room to store stolen items in. The act of baggy pants was "copied" by the wigger community without knowing the meaning.
Strangly enough, african-americangang members do not wear them during times of street fights. Having your pants at your knees limits mobility.

You can always tell a dumb wigger by those baggy pants.
