Usually referred to a girl from a guy, so when i guy calls a girl his joint, he means he's currently "involved" with that girl. Or messing with her, and yea you get the point ;-) But thats all she is, no where near a wifey.

Joint Injury

Occurs when two injuries come together to form a coalition.

Person #1: What's wrong with your arm?
Person #2: I don't know, but it hurts really bad.
Person #1: Where does it hurt?
Person #2: Can't tell if it's my elbow and/or my wrist.

Person #1: Sounds like a joint injury. You should get that looked at.
