RNG stands for "Random Number Generator." It brings the meaning of insane luck and prosperity.

Previously, this word was only used to emphasize the luckiness of a person in video games but now the usage went wildspread where both condition in real life and video games could be used.

RNG carried

A person can be considered 'RNG carried' when they have an extraordinary amount of luck over longer periods of time. Commonly used in MMORPG games featuring an enhancement system.
'RNG carried' people would be utterly useless with an average amount of luck and therefore normal gear.

The common, disgustingly RNG carried person is the guy that always gets the best drops and the easiest upgrades with minimum effort.

*your friend gets a particularly rare loot drop*
Everyone in chat immediately calls the person 'fucking rng carried'.
