They act like a teachers' pet and go's out of his way to act like the teacher in class. Richard is that kind of person that re-uses really good roasts and turns them into crappy ones. For example, he'll make a stupid face when someone roasts him and than says "that's what you are! OhHhhHh" Nobody thinks he is attractive and he barely has friends because he acts like he is 4.
