Even Pelagius III the Mad is better Emperor than him. He is also a pedo who seduced and impregnated a teenage dark elf forced her to abort their child. He is a milk drinker because he used his giant killer robot to conquer Alinor because he's afraid he would be killed without it. Also after his death his loyalists made a propaganda that he became a god after his death which is false.
