The entire male genital area, including the grundle and rectum. Derived from the early Latin "Scrotum," meaning "scrotum," and "Complex," meaning "complex." While it was originally referred to as the "scrotexal complex," the term was eventually simplified to merely "scrotex."

Dude 1: After working out at the gym, my whole scrotex stinks.

The male act of having picture taken with his Scrotum sac hanging out of his pants.

Also the act of shaming an intoxicated person using afforementioned method. Usually laying the scrotum on the forehead of that person.

"Anyone who can't handle thier liquor in this frat will be scrotographed and shamed."

Summer Scrote

When hot and/or humid weather causes a man's scrotum to become elongated or saggy as the body tries to keep the sperm inside cool. Often accompanied by perspiration and/or slight to foul odor depending on the cleanliness of the person.

Sometimes in August it is so hot that my Summer Scrote dips into the toilet bowl water when I sit to drop a deuce.
