A species of wild male goat that inhabits small/low mountains.

Hillbilly goats are easier to domesticate because it’s not so treacherous to chase and capture them than it is to climb high/rugged terrain in pursuit of the lofty-mountain-peak dwellers.

Lives in trailers or shacks. often mistaken for game. the combined IQ of a family of hillbilly's often challenges the IQ of the raodkill they eat, which is approximatly how many teeth they have (less then 5)
