A street term for the drug cocaine. Derived from Britain, this term was used to combine blow and euphoria. The reason behind this is because cocaine,or blow, is a stimulant used to give a person a euphoric sensation. Sometimes called flow or flo for short.

Chillingworth:You're late.
Achilles: Yes. But I got what your looking for. You got the floceana?
Chillingworth: Yes.
Achilles: Safe.

I spent 2 weeks in Florianopolis it was awesome!
