Communication chaos

That feeling when your lines of communication are spread across multiple communication apps. Different email accounts and threads, text messages and chat conversations, internal and external connections - you're drowning in it all and can't find any order while. All while losing time, money and energy - absolute communication chaos.

I'm looking for a specific email and can't find it anywhere!

I have an app for my team chat, another for emails, two for video calls (which also have a chat component), don't forget a web-app for notes which also has a collaborative aspect to it.

It's absolute communication chaos!

I just wish I had one app that will help productivity Spike for my team and I, and keep everything in one place so I don't have to keep jumping between different apps.

Communication Breakdown

Happens when a language is changed and is not fully mastered. The ability to make others to understand is put down by a huge percentage. The communication between is slowed down, pronunciation of words is often a problem and the forming of words is not as quick as you want them to be, therefore the timing gets fucked up. The response of body language is more emphasized than it already is but is frequently interpreted wrong. So, keep an extra eye of how the body is acting.

You may end up feeling stupid when a language barrier hits hard.

- ¿Dónde está la playa?
- What? Play? Damn, I should have pay attention at spanish class. This is such a communication breakdown.
- ¿Que?..

Extreme example-
American: Do you know the way to the beach?
Non-English Speaking: うせろ

Communication Skills

A collection of skills involved to the 'art' of talking to others, especially in a medical setting.

Essentially, these skills consist of things that every person does when conversing with others, but the important difference lies in the way that these actions have been identified, over-thought and then re-named with complicated explainations attached to them.

N.B: When describing Communication Skills, be sure to include references to studies conducted by people with too much time and a gift for spotting tiny details of communication that nobody else cares about. Finally, when employing the skills described above, ensure that you face the person you are talking to and lean in towards them, at a 45 degree angle. If you fall over when attempting this, don't worry; you can discuss how much more difficult communication is when you have a mouth full of floor.

Communication whore

Someone who sells their communication skills to achieve objectives they don't deserve otherwise.

She spent her life whoring her communication skills and finally became a CEO. She communicated with such excellence that it altogether covered up her utter incompetence in everything else. Then, the moment came when she no longer could hide herself from tackling the real issues affecting her business. A board member called her spade a spade and she had to step down. A communication whore finally exposed.

communication gainers

By late 2008 there has been a general disenchantment with the words autism and Gifted and Talented. Especially in light of a school called "autistic economics" as a put down phrase. Gifted and talented just sounds elitist (the G&T are just very good at something, not elitist).

As all those undertaking education in special schools and main stream schools and therapy groups have the need for communication gains, it is generally accepted the phrase communication gainers will replace "autism" "ASD", "gifted and talented" and "PDD"

Since going to the Aspergers group Charlie has become a real communication gainer. Mary's speech pathologist has made a program to help Mary become a communication gainer. Early Intervention has allowed Billy to become a real communication Gainer. Jill goes to a communication gainers class for advanced maths course.

Dude 1: "Bro she wouldn't leave me alone. She kept obsessively texting and facebooking me."
